Everyone has the ability to learn Reiki and it is a wonderful way of bringing calm and healing into your day to day life,
whether you choose to become a practitioner or simply use it for your own personal development.
I offer CNHC Accredited (Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council) courses in the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki.
Only CNHC Accredited courses offer the training & progression required to work in the UK healthcare system (NHS, hospices, etc).
I also offer Holy Fire Reiki teaching, as an addition to the Usui Reiki , for students who wish to deepen their Reiki training.
USUI SHIKI RYOHO REIKI- Level 1 (Introductory)

This is a CNHC accredited course, taught by a CNHC accredited Reiki Master Teacher, so will go towards your training should you wish to work in the NHS or any other UK healthcare setting in the future.

This introductory course will teach you how to practice Reiki on yourself, family and friends. It focusses on self-development, as a start of your journey towards self healing as well as being the first step towards becoming a Reiki Practitioner, should you wish..

Brief summary of course content:
In depth history and development of Reiki, understanding different styles, lineage, precepts, you will receive 4 x attunements, understanding the 21 day process, how to carry out treatments, maintaining standards.

Understanding energy, chakras, the hara, grounding, auras, clearing, protecting, mindfulness, meditation, self-care and self-healing.
​
Understanding client care, self-preparation, setting up a treatment room, keeping records, CNHC pathway, Red Flag & Notifiable Diseases, basic Anatomy & Physiology.
I provide extensive guidance on case studies. and ongoing support throughout the training process and beyond. I run a variety of Workshops for those who are interested in deepening their understanding of setting up a professional Reiki practice. I am not just there for your course, I am there to support you throughout your Reiki journey.

This level is generally for those who have learnt Level 1 with me. It deepens your connection to Reiki and allows you to become a Reiki Practitioner.
The two day course includes learning how to send Reiki to past, present and future as well as sending distance healing. There are a further two attunements are carried out over this two day course.

There needs to be a minimum of three months between Level 1 and Level 2 as I teach to CNHC accredited level. Dates are therefore arranged as and when students are ready to progress to the next stage.

If you have already trained elsewhere on a course which is not CNHC Accredited you may need to re-train. I can discuss this with you and offer a discount where certificates and lineage are provided.
