Life is for living

I am a mother of three who has lived locally for over 30yrs. I love my being in nature, walking my dogs, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends. 

 

Having worked in the corporate world I understand the pressure and stresses of working life and the benefits of what spirituality and balance can bring to our wellbeing. I also understand how you don't have to work to feel stressed and anxious and how debilitating this can be.

 

Life can test us again and again, yet there are often silver linings and a certain wisdom and depth that we gain from these tests. My own life changing experiences of trauma and loss and at times a lack of faith in life, allow me to offer a listening ear to those in need and where appropriate, to share some of what I have learnt over my lifetime,.as my clients begin to re-connect with themselves and their life purpose. 

 

 Watching my clients heal and grow and find their own balance and sense of peace is deeply rewarding work for which I am truly grateful.
