Spiritual Counselling

Spiritual Counselling creates an opportunity to free yourself from old patterns and gain a deeper understanding of who you really are. This unique form of counselling can be truly liberating and transformational work.

Life can be complicated. We can find ourselves living with emotions so deeply buried that we are not able to identify them, let alone understand or process them. We can find life is like clinging to a life raft, longing to find ourselves safely back on firm ground. Or perhaps, it’s just a sensation that there is missing but not knowing what that is?

Whatever you are going through, Spiritual Counselling is a calming and supportive way to safely explore, express and process whatever might be troubling you, so that you can move forward in life with a renewed sense of freedom and a clearer sense of who you are and where you would like to go in life.

This new and unique form of counselling works with the mind, body, emotions (like traditional counselling) but also includes working with our heart and soul, our spirit ie our ‘whole being’. This can be a valuable form of therapy for addressing uncomfortable emotions, gaining a clearer sense of ‘self’, purpose and direction, wanting to change repeating patterns or behaviour, reducing anxiety or stress and so much more.

The foundation of the work is talking therapies, coupled with the holistic approach of using healing techniques and therapeutic interventions as, when and if required; such as grounding, energy work, body scanning and visualisation. On occasion, where appropriate, the work may include; creative/art work, ancestral healing, soul retrieval, cord cutting or dream work, depending on the clients presenting issues. All work is taken at the client’s pace and no therapeutic or healing techniques are carried out without the client being entirely comfortable with the work being done. This type of therapy is also non-denominational and non-religious.
